Thank you for supporting FLICKER WICK! Each candle is hand-poured with love, and we truly want you to be happy with your purchase.
Our Friendly Return Policy
We totally understand that things don’t always go as planned, so here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
- Changed your mind? No problem! We accept returns or exchanges on unused and unburned candles within 14 days of delivery.
- Arrived damaged or not quite right? Please message us within 72 hours of delivery and include a few photos. We’ll happily offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- Received the wrong item? Oops — that one’s on us! We’ll fix it right away with a replacement or store credit.
A Few Quick Notes
- Returned candles must be in their original condition and packaging.
- For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Burned or used candles
- Custom or personalized orders
